These launch-draft terms describe the intended public website rules. They are not a final legal document and should be reviewed before production launch.

Listings should be owner-direct, accurate, current, and transparent about price, availability, fees, and contact details. A listing should not be published publicly until manual review and Contact Verified checks are complete.

Property Checked is an additional review signal. It does not create a legal guarantee of ownership, title, condition, or transaction safety.

Backend account, payment, report, and moderation workflows are not connected yet. Public forms on this prototype show the intended user experience only.
