Common questions
Is the first listing free?
Yes. The PRD launch model is one active basic listing for free. Paid products are optional upgrades for visibility, stronger trust signals, or done-for-you help.
What does Contact Verified mean?
It means the advertiser's email and phone are checked and the listing passes manual review before publishing.
What does Property Checked mean?
It means additional relationship-to-property evidence can be reviewed. It is not a legal ownership guarantee.
Do forms work yet?
No. Public forms currently show prototype states only. Real accounts, enquiries, reports, payments, and emails will be connected in the backend phase.
Why show fewer listings?
The product strategy is quality over catalogue size. A smaller set of reviewed, current listings is more useful than a large feed with stale or duplicated offers.
Why show total monthly cost?
Rent alone is not enough. Utilities, internet, service charges, deposit, and move-in exposure should be visible before a seeker contacts an owner.
Why keep exact addresses private?
The public page should provide enough neighbourhood context to judge the area while keeping the exact unit private until a qualified enquiry.
Can agents use the site?
The MVP is owner-direct and not designed as a B2B agency dashboard. That constraint keeps the trust model focused.
